Baseline Assessment
QSD will complete a thorough baseline audit of your company. The intention of the audit will be to give your Internal Auditors a more complete understanding of the audit process. As a result of this assessment, your company will have a clear understanding of how the current Quality Management System compares to the appropriate ISO/AS/QS Standard.
Corrective Actions will be generated from the assessment, and realistic timelines for completion will be established. Consulting on a positive Corrective Action Process will also be provided to ensure your Management Team understands all aspects of Corrective and Preventive Action.
