
| How do I write an Audit Report? Quite often when I am providing Internal Audit Training, the group is concerned with generating the final audit report. If you look at Q10011-1-1994 Guidelines for Auditing Quality Systems, You will find that there are about seven items that need to be addressed in a final audit report. What I've done is come up with a boilerplate format for final audit reports that will meet these seven requirements.
