This electronic manual was developed using the Microsoft Help System. The Help System format was chosen so that you would not need a separate viewer for the manual.
I personally do not like to stare at a screen for lengthy directions, so feel free to print the subject material in this manual for reference while developing your Intranet.

This manual should be used as a normal book would be used. The use of the manual is predicated on which type of system you would like to implement. You really have a choice of using MS Word or HTML.

We have divided the manual in to two sections that deal with implementing and maintaining your system depending on whether you are going to use MS Word or HTML.

These sections of the manual describe how to create, edit, link and maintain your quality system documentation. Make sure that you follow the sequence presented for adding new documents to your Web; remember that each document should belong to an index. Please note that you can create bookmarks in this file for ease of future access.

The Contents button will always take you back to the main index of the file.

Finally, the Publishing Sections talk about publishing your Intranet to your network server.
